Hello all!
Just a quick blog to inform you that I’ve changed location yet again. Now I’m on Kibbutz Baram on the Lebanese border with Israel, where I’ll be working until mid-June. Tomorrow I’ll walk around and take some photos to share with you all (there are apple orchards, beautiful flowers and lots of pretty hills)!

Ah, Roma. What a beautiful city. It reminds me so much of the old cities in the Middle East, except here the streets are immaculate and the bread is always covered in cheese.

Hello again, fantastic accepted students! I was in Cairo at the time of my last posting, at the tail end of a three-month academic program and excavation in Egypt’s Dakhleh Oasis. I flew out on Wednesday after spending most of my last week wishing I could extend my stay.
